Are you new to pole dancing? If so, Pole Dancing Orientation class is a great way to get started before signing up for our six-week classes.
Pole Dancing Orientation classes are one-time classes that meet for an hour. This pole class is perfect for anybody who has never touched a pole before, feels she is not a good dancer, or is just looking to learn basic pole dancing routines that don't require any difficult tricks but still look great.
This class focuses on simple choreography, and does not include any weight bearing tricks so it is great for women of all ages and sizes. The content for this class is the same each session, and you will even have time to work on creating your own routine.
