Goodwill of Central Arizona presents the 8th annual Evening of Goodwill, where more than 500 community leaders, elected officials and business professionals will celebrate hope, jobs and futures.
In our effort to raise $90,000 for the Ruth and Hartley Barker Post-Secondary Scholarship Fund, guests will enjoy a reception featuring live music, silent auction and complimentary photos. Following an elegant dinner, honors will be presented to individuals who have both benefits from Goodwill’s work force development services as well as those who are integral partners with the organization to provide quality services.
The Post-Secondary Scholarship Fund makes it possible for Goodwill’s adult and youth program participants to build upon their basic education and secure the training and skills needed for a lifetime of self-sufficiency. Most live in poverty and the opportunity to attend a university or vacation institution is unattainable.
